Reqiem provides a platform for creating digital memorial pages for deceased individuals. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must provide accurate information when registering.
One person may create multiple memorial pages.

3. Content Rules

You may only create memorial pages for real deceased individuals.
You must have the right to publish any photos or text you upload.
Content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights is prohibited.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules.

4. Privacy of Memorial Pages

You can set each memorial page as public or private (accessible only via direct link). You are responsible for how you share the link.

5. Limitation of Liability

Reqiem is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any loss of data or emotional harm resulting from use of the service. We do our best to keep data safe and the service available.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
